The top is laminated western red cedar and old growth redwood
(salvaged from an old deck beam). The base is white oak.

This boat was originally built in the early 60's. I repaired the fiberglass
hull and replaced most of the wood components.

This clock is made from a hunk of mesquite wood harvested from my cousin's
rranch in Texas.

The hull panels are okoume marine plywood. Framing is douglas
fir or white oak in high-wear areas. The boat is class legal and is just a hair
over the class minimum weight.
